KRISHNAMURTI: What is imagination—don’t you know? Do you want an explanation of that? You all know what imagination is, the fairy stories, the imaginative paintings, the invention of heaven and hell, the invention of gods, the imagination in memory, of that beauty which you saw yesterday evening in the cloud and so on. We live on myths and fantasies. A mind that is capable of inventing, imaging and projecting itself into various forms of visions, is such a silly mind.
